Class 1: Foundations of the Central Axis

Begin your TRU Core Method journey by learning the three golden rules of movement and discovering the true meaning of your core. This session focuses on establishing your central axis, starting from the ground up with fascial foot rolling using a massage ball. You will also practice bone mapping (locating your bones in space) and pelvic mobility exercises while seated on a stability ball to understand the differential between your pelvis and legs. Finally, guided alignment exercises on a foam roller will help you connect with your central axis, leaving you with improved posture and a deeper awareness of your body's natural biomechanics.
