The Core Thesis
If you have tried everything and nothing stuck, it usually means nobody addressed the fascia, the communication system signaling everything in your body.
Your body cannot heal in fight-or-flight mode. Most high performers live there for years without realizing it, then wonder why the stretching, supplements, and mindset work never fully land.
